What is private label rice?
Private label rice is rice made by one company and sold under another company's brand. A good-looking bag that fails a label check at the border is still a failed bag. Before we print, we go through your artwork against the rules of the country you sell in and point out anything missing. Here is what a typical private label rice pack carries, and what the main markets ask for.

Your rice goes through cleaning, de-stoning, milling, grading and Sortex sorting before it is packed under your label, and private label lots carry your lot codes from the first bag to the last. Yes. You can send ready artwork, or our team helps adapt your design to the bag and checks it against your market's label rules, such as language, net weight, dates, importer details and barcode, before we share a print proof.
What is the difference between private label and white label rice?
White label rice is a standard product where you mainly add your name. Private label rice lets you choose the variety, grade, pack type, sizes and design, so the product is built for your market and your price point.
Can I get samples before placing a private label order?
Yes, samples of the grades you shortlist are free, so you can cook and compare them. Samples of bag materials and print finishes can also be shared before you approve the artwork.
Which documents come with a private label shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates and our lab analysis. Halal certificates, residue reports or inspection by SGS or your own agency can be added for your market.
Will you sell my brand or design to anyone else?
No. Your brand name, artwork and specification belong to you. We pack them only for your orders and share your files with no one else.
