Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Expert in rice & paddy purchase mandi-wise (UP, Haryana, Punjab, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Burdwan, Nellore, Bavla, etc.)
- Expertise in identifying rice & paddy varieties
- Analyze the quality of Basmati & Non-Basmati rice
- Inspection of rice at Mill & Port
- Packaging inspection
- Quality control analysis at Packing & Milling
- Quality check at Container loading
GM/AGM Export Sales (Rice)
Eligibility
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in rice export sales, international business development, or agro-commodity trading.
Proven track record of achieving export sales targets, expanding international markets, and managing large-scale rice exports.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the global rice trade, including regulations, pricing, and supply chain management.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with international buyers, distributors, and government agencies.
Business Development: Ability to identify new markets, build relationships with key stakeholders, and increase market share.
Export Documentation: Well-versed in export documentation, LC (Letter of Credit) handling, and international trade laws.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing export sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Networking & Relationship Management: Strong connections with international buyers, traders, and government trade bodies.
Logistics & Supply Chain: Understanding of rice procurement, warehousing, logistics, and shipping processes.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel internationally for business expansion and client meetings.
Proficiency in English and knowledge of other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) is an added advantage.
Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and compliance with food export standards.
Commodity Trader (Agri/Rice)
Eligibility
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commodity trading, specifically in agricultural products like rice, wheat, pulses, or grains.
Proven track record in commodity procurement, trading strategies, and risk management in international and domestic markets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Market Analysis: Strong understanding of commodity market trends, price fluctuations, and demand-supply dynamics.
Trading & Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating trade deals, hedging strategies, and executing high-value transactions.
Export & Import Regulations: Knowledge of global trade regulations, licensing, customs compliance, and export documentation.
Risk Management: Ability to manage price volatility, currency risks, and trade finance complexities.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Experience in procurement, warehousing, shipping, and distribution of agricultural commodities.
Client & Vendor Management: Strong network with farmers, suppliers, buyers, and international trade partners.
Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience with commodity trading platforms and ERP systems.
Willingness to travel for market research, supplier engagement, and trade negotiations.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (Arabic, Mandarin, French, etc.) being an advantage.

Eligibility

1. Experience:

- Mid-Level: 2–5 years of experience in graphic designing roles.

2. Technical Skills:
